Shipping charges are detailed below.
Standard UK Delivery charge via First Class Royal mail - £1.75 per item. This service does not require a signature. This service is not traceable and therefore if an item goes missing or is un-delivered, a refund/replacement will only be issued once a full investigation by Royal Mail has taken place and built in insurance (to the maximum value of £32) has been refunded. If you live in a multi-occupancy residence it is advisable to used the recorded delivery option. (delivery usually take 2-5 working days)
Recorded Delivery charge via Royal Mail - 1st item £2.40, and then £1.50 per item thereafter. This service is full traceable and is highly recommended (delivery within 1-3 working days).
If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement.
Please note that sometimes during the year and especially at peak times such as christmas, mother's and father's days, our stocks can either run low or run out completely, we will endevour to infom you of any descrepences within 24hrs of your order being placed and either inform you when the product is due back in stock or give you chance to cancel the order. All cancellations made by us/you due to stock discrepancies are free from charge. All other cancellations will occur a 10% re-stocking charge.
If the goods are out of stock then please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.
If the package cannot be signed for when it arrives then Royal Mail will keep it for you at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. If the package is not picked up after 7 days then Royal Mail will return it to us. All packages returned to us unclaimed via Royal Mail will be subject to a redelivery charge.
Damage in Transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect your claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.
Incorrect Goods
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufacturers packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Goods MUST be unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
Goods MUST be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods MUST be received back at our office within 7 days from the day you received the goods.
All refunds are at the discretion of the management.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions have not been met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable |
