What information do we collect ?
When a customer places an order, we need to know the name, e-mail address, delivery and payment details. This allows us to process and fulfil the order. We also ask for a telephone number which enables us to contact the customer urgently if there is a problem with the order. For some international deliveries this number may be given to our couriers. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store. We may also use some of the information we collect to occasionally notify customers about any important changes to the site,, new services and special offers we think may be of interest. However, customers are given the option not to receive any notifications other than us simply confirming that the order has been despatched
